I am a feminist, Internal Family Systems psychotherapist with a masters degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from The California Institute of Integral Studies. I am a level one trained Internal Family Systems therapist trained by the Internal Family Systems Institute. I am also a certified Co-Active coach trained by the Coaches Training Institute and have received training from ORSC (Organizational Relationship System Coaching).  I am a certified End of Life/Death Doula trained by Going with Grace. I am currently enrolled in “Somatic Embodiment and Nervous System Regulation Strategies” through Collectively Rooted. I received my B.A. in Sociology from Vassar College.

I am bilingual in Spanish and have worked in New York as a Bilingual Trauma Therapist with victims of crime. Currently, I see adults in Oregon and North Carolina. I work with themes of anxiety, depression, trauma, life transition, personal power and voice.

I hold deep respect and curiosity for difference such as race, class, gender, sexual orientation and and gender identity. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and am engaged in my own education about the various identities that I inhabit.

Before my graduate studies, I lived for eight years in Oaxaca, Mexico, and Barcelona, Spain. During this time, I taught English and Art, studied metalwork, meditation, and jewelry design, and became fluent in Spanish. I am a white, cis, Jewish, second generation therapist raised in New York City. I am an artist, sewist, mother, empath and feminist.

Our first 20 minute conversation is free. Please reach out if you are curious to learn more about my offerings. I look forward to hearing from you and answering any questions you might have.
